RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

-All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers our order processing and restocking costs.

-Products must be in its original, unused packaging in order to receive an exchange or refund. 

Note shipping, handling and transaction fees are non refundable.

-Refunds will normally be processed within 5 business days of receiving the product. Please be patient as we verify that the product is still in new, unused condition.

-Please CONTACT US for return or exchange instructions and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. 

-All return claims must be started within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.

Exchanges

-Exchanges for damaged materials will be processed with proof of damaged goods. Sizing exchanges will be processed upon receiving of unused, untampered packaging.

-Exchanges are subject to a secondary shipping charge unless of mistake in order. If a mistake was made by Bad Influence HI, we will provide a printable return label to make this process as smooth and easy for you.
